Procrastination is the enemy of progress! 

If you’re being honest, you can look around your business and shake your head and say yep - I need to quit procrastinating because I’ve delayed doing [X] way too long! 

But, here’s the good news! 

You’re not a procrastinator, you’ve developed a HABIT of procrastination and the good thing with habits…those can be broken!

And, it essentially, allows her to turn fear of something that causes procrastination into EXCITEMENT…and she counts down…
